A while ago I commented on the  post by “douglas” about the Jan. 28 2012 HOA meeting.  My comment does not show up anymore.  Apparently it was removed.   The original post by “douglas” stated that people left the HOA meeting in disgust because the meeting was so poorly organized and poorly managed. The post was extremely and, in my opinion, very unjustly critical of the present Board and their conduct at the meeting.  I want to state clearly, for all interested parties, that my wife and I did not leave the party because of our disgust or disappointment with the conduct and actions of the  Board members.  We left the meeting in disgust because of the reprehensible behavior of a small group of aggressively disruptive and outrageously rude homeowners who would  not ALLOW the meeting to progress in an orderly and civil manner, despite the repeated attempts of the board members to move the meeting forward.  They willfully and with clear purpose and inferred malice, hijacked the meeting to the detriment of all homeowners, both present and not.  Later, we heard that one of those people actually threatened to sue a member of the Board.  That could be construed as harassment.   I hope this kind of outrageous and purely self-serving disruptive behavior is not allowed to interfere with any future HOA meetings.

What happened to the Gazebo? When did it Burn down? Who was responsible? When can we expect to here from somebody on the HOA?

We are looking into taking out some of the tall pine trees on our lot and I am trying to find someone on the Architectural committee to discuss/consult.
