Springwater Plantation is a quiet lake side community located in Newnan, GA. We have over 200 homes in our community, all which get to share our beautiful 33 acre lake. It is common to see families fishing, boating, swimming, walking, and jogging in our safe lighted community. We have a home owners association that plans social events, like our annual picnic. There is ample opportunity for our residents to participate in the community through one of our committees: lake, architectural review, block reps, social committee, and common grounds.

Springwater Plantation is conveniently located one mile from exit 51 on I-85. Residents enjoy an abundance of shopping, entertainment, fitness facilities and restaurants in the local area. If you like to golf Springwater Plantation is the place for you. We are only a few minutes from 3 public golf courses (Arbor Springs, Orchard Hills, and Summer Grove) as well as members’ only courses like the Newnan Country Club and White Oak.

Springwater Plantation began development in the 1988. Our homes range from $200k to over $600k. Lots range in size from 1 to 2 acre wooded lots. The developer that began work was Dan Zavada.
